The ideal candidate is a steady, thoughtful leader who brings both clinical expertise and a systems mindset—someone who can balance patient care, regulatory responsibility, and team support while helping the organization continue to grow in a sustainable way.
You will be responsible for:
Clinical & Program Leadership

- Supporting staffing coordination, including scheduling, coverage needs, and time-off planning, with attention to sustainability and fairness.
Standard Operating Procedures & Quality
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining clear, practical SOPs that support safe clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency.
- Regularly reviewing and updating SOPs to reflect evolving evidence, regulations, and organizational needs.
- Leading quality improvement efforts and internal audits to strengthen care delivery and operational performance.
Medication & Inventory Stewardship
- Overseeing medication inventory processes, including ordering, storage, tracking, and reconciliation for Spravato and other controlled or specialty medications.
- Working closely with pharmacy partners and internal teams to ensure appropriate stock levels, accurate documentation, and regulatory alignment.
Cross-Site Coordination & Communication
- Supporting consistent clinical practices across multiple sites while remaining responsive to local needs.
- Serving as a connector between clinical teams, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR and related systems.
- Preparing and sharing clinical, operational, quality, and compliance insights with leadership to support informed decision-making.
Behaviors & Accountability:
- Upholding Active Path’s core values of empathy, excellence, inclusion, and pioneering in all interactions—with patients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Demonstrating reliability and integrity by following through on responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively when barriers arise.
- Maintaining a solution-focused, respectful attitude even in moments of ambiguity, change, or challenge.
- Taking ownership of outcomes, while engaging in collaborative problem-solving and open, constructive dialogue.
- Contributing to a culture of belonging and mutual accountability by welcoming feedback, supporting team success, and modeling professionalism.
- Navigating conflict constructively and respectfully, seeking resolution and shared understanding.
