Deep TMS Alcohol Use Disorder Study
A new clinical trial for people trying to cut back on drinking.
- Compare active Deep TMS treatment v. sham stimulation
- Evaluate effects on cravings and heavy drinking behavior over ~ 6 months
- Include educational and behavioral support sessions at each visit.
STUDY PARTICIPATION INCLUDES:
- Confirm eligibility and complete
questionnaires
Treatment visits (~ 36 total)
- 15 visits over 3-5 weeks
- Weekly visits continue for 5
months
Duration: ~ 6 months
Location: Active Path – Tigard, OR
Cost: No cost to participate
Compensation: Up to $1,700 provided for eligible participants
YOU MAY QUALIFY IF YOU:
You May Qualify If You:
- Are 18–64 years old
- Have moderate to severe Alcohol Use Disorder
- Have had 24+ heavy drinking days in the past 90 days
- Are seeking to reduce or stop heavy drinking
- Can provide informed consent and comply with study procedures
