01 What exactly is TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)?
TMS uses precise magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain’s mood centers—providing a non-invasive, non-medication alternative for depression, OCD, and anxious depression.

Typically, a course includes 36 outpatient sessions over 6-8 weeks—five times per week, about 3-20 minutes each. Many people begin noticing improvement by the fourth week, though some may respond earlier or later.
