Compensation Philosophy
- We benchmark pay at or above the 50th percentile for our region.
- We offer annual cost-of-living adjustments.

Our performance review process is values-based, growth-oriented, and refreshingly human.
You’ll receive regular feedback tied to organizational and role-specific competencies, and you’ll complete an annual self-reflection that supports your own insight and development. While merit increases (1–2%) are based on review scores, your self-review isn’t scored—it’s there to support your journey.
