Associate Mental Health Therapist

At Active Path, we work to empower hope in the lives of our patients, our employees, and our communities.  As associate-level therapists, we know that you have worked hard to get where you want to be.  We also know the struggle it can be to obtain your supervisory hours, and run your own practice.

With the addition of a Supervised Associate Cohort, our Director of Psychotherapy , will provide guidance and supervision, allowing you to refine your craft.  At no cost to you, this allows you to obtain your full licensure through the free supervision of hours.

In order to deliver the quality of care that patients deserve,  therapists need the freedom to make the best decision and treatment plans for their patients.  At Active Path, that is exactly what you will find.  With you directing the patient care, we will help you to make sure that you are paid well for the work you do.  We will provide you the opportunity to spend more time with your patients, create a better work-life balance, and practice good self-care.  Through the support of our deeply committed administrative team, therapists are well positioned to turn their dream of a private practice into more of a reality.

As an independent therapist who partners with Active Path Mental Health, you can expect to receive the following level of care and service from our outstanding patient-focused administrative team members.

  • Access to seven office locations with a professional, spa-like environment, where you’ll be proud to have patients come into the clinic. In using our (free to you) clinic spaces, you receive access to our onsite team who will support you with scheduling and payments.

  • Community support through optional bi-weekly meetings, quarterly practice development sessions,, and in person events to build your network and community.

Benefits:

  • Opportunities to earn an annual income of $75,000 to $165,000, depending on patient caseload.

  • Access to an administrative team who will help market to, schedule, and collect payments from patients.

  • A free space to practice with patients who want in person encounters, and the freedom to see patients virtually.
